Eminente Rum takes you on a 24-hour trip to Cuba, without leaving Paris!

And suddenly, in the middle of Paris,
the green valley of Viñales.

At 20 rue Pascal, blending in behind the vegetation
that has reclaimed its rights,
a small Cuban hotel is opening its doors.

A casa particular (private hotel) lost in the middle
of the jungle, with a facade painted ochre red,
hints at the marks of time. Above the large gate
which covers the main door, you can read:

The restaurant
Live from the Finca Tungasuk

The Finca Tungasuk, behind the menu of the Hotel Eminente, is part of the new face of Cuban agriculture. This farm (finca in Spanish), located west of Havana, produces nearly 2,500 different species of fruits, vegetables and aromatic herbs, using ecological methods.

At the Hotel Eminente, Annabelle — who is making a special trip from Cuba — offers traditional cuisine, with a contemporary touch inspired by her own products and the raw materials from the island, organically or responsibly farmed.

“We are going to offer light cocktails while looking for intense aromas to shake up the codes.
A kind of provocation — aromatic, powerful — even the most
daring cocktails.”

“This temporary flagship address, dedicated to the five senses, embodies a return to the roots of Eminente, a Cuban tasting rum. With this small hotel lost in the middle of the jungle, we wanted to bring a wild Cuba into the heart of Paris...

Hotel Eminente is an opportunity to give people an experience far from the typical Cuban stereotypes and honor these great wild and green spaces, with incredible biodiversity.”
